Track and trace coordinator

• Track LTL and TL shipments from pickup to delivery
• Maintain constant communication via email with shippers and consignees.
• Follow up customer inquiries
• Report incidents or relevant delays on the TMF platform.
• Prioritize shipments based on their ETA.
• Confirm clock-in and clock-out.
• Escalate issues related to shipments or communication failures with the carrier.

Detention analyst

• Review and understand documentation (BOL and POD, GPS verification) to make sure that the detention request is legitimate.
• Change times in AS400 and upload and organize documentation in McCloud. Handle and review the BOL and PODs.
• Carefully fill out official detention charge forms
• Actively respond to billing email requests
• Send the shipments to billing when the load meets the requirements

Billing analyst

• Create the invoice in TMF, depending on the services needed for the shipment, once it has been confirmed in SNR
• accuratelly enter shipment information into tmf and validate details for precission
• create billing packets and request missing documents
• respond to any operational issues by correcting or escalating
