• Implementation of the 26514-2010 - IEEE Standard for Adoption of ISO/IEC 26514:2008, which defines the writing process and gives technical documentation guidelines in Software development environments.
• Technical certifications designed to validate the knowledge of the internal teams in contact with customers. Those certifications were developed in authoring tools and released in a LMS.
• High-level courses within a Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) creating the knowledge base for the products offered by the company.
