Instructed students in small groups of 4-16 using various intervention programs, I also have instructed small groups in Eureka math. Students were successful in showing growth in all areas.
I was mainly a moderate needs paraprofessional for many years but, I also have work as an affective needs para mainly in a restrictive classroom and briefly as a communicative skills para in the autism department. As a moderate needs para, I gave support in the general education classroom as well as pulling out small groups.
