Started as a dish washer at 15, weekend job, never thought it would amount to the thing i fell in love with. Cooking allows me to be me. I work well with others, i take constructive criticism for what it is, to be constructive. I love a good challenge, and i am always willing to help anywhere, from dishes on up. I had the privilege to grow up in the mountains, where i worked for a lot of small mom and pop restaurants, but was able to learn so much, and look forward to continue learning.
