  • Work closely with the legal team to review lease language, negotiate redlines, learn to interpret title reports and understand the easement process; collaborate on document revisions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (legal, finance, business development, operations, construction and engineering) to align budgets and revenue models, draft and redline lease agreements, obtain carrier approvals, maintain accurate leasing documentation and implement standardized outreach templates and tracking systems to accelerate onboarding for new hires.
  • Traveled to Houston to meet with landowners and property representatives (including commercial real estate firms and church leaders) to discuss tower proposals and develop relationships.

Managed a social media calendar with targeted posts and email content for holidays and special events, supporting event registrations and audience engagement without relying on specific metrics.
  • Contributed to drafting educational articles for the Straight Talk newsletter (for example, a rough draft of “Sticky Blood (Antiphospholipid Syndrome)”), helping translate complex medical information into accessible stories for patients and the general public.
