Summary

During my career in healthcare I have dedicated myself to developing strong clinical skills and delivering exceptional patient care in a high-acuity setting. I began with minimal experience in emergency medicine and have since grown into a leadership role—becoming a department preceptor, training in all lead tech positions, and contributing to the Preceptor Education Committee, and Patient Experience Committee.

Throughout my tenure, I have consistently earned recognition for my performance, including multiple peer exemplars, excellent patient feedback, and annual ratings of “Role Model” or “Exceeding Expectations” during yearly evaluations.

Currently, I am pursuing my BSN through the Regis University Choice Ascend program while continuing to work full time. My long-term goal is to transition into Labor and Delivery nursing, where I can apply my experience, compassion, and critical care background to support patients through one of life’s most profound and vulnerable moments.
