During my career in healthcare I have dedicated myself to developing strong clinical skills and delivering exceptional patient care in a high-acuity setting. I began with minimal experience in emergency medicine and have since grown into a leadership role—becoming a department preceptor, training in all lead tech positions, and contributing to the Preceptor Education Committee, and Patient Experience Committee.
Throughout my tenure, I have consistently earned recognition for my performance, including multiple peer exemplars, excellent patient feedback, and annual ratings of “Role Model” or “Exceeding Expectations” during yearly evaluations.
Currently, I am pursuing my BSN through the Regis University Choice Ascend program while continuing to work full time. My long-term goal is to transition into Labor and Delivery nursing, where I can apply my experience, compassion, and critical care background to support patients through one of life’s most profound and vulnerable moments.
To bring respectful, holistic care to every patient encounter, and expand my clinical expertise through continued education and a dedicated nursing career. My passion is to transition from emergency care to labor & delivery nursing, empowering patients and families during life’s most transformative momments.
