• Assist the customer to settle their past accounts.
• Contact creditors and negotiate past due accounts on behalf of the borrowers.

• Contact the borrower to collect and negotiate the past due invoices.
• Create the invoices for the new services provided.
• Set up meetings with the borrower to break the invoices down and get them paid off.

• Help borrowers and loan officers to get the mortgage loans completed and funded.
• Analyze all the applicant information in order to verify if it was possible to approve the loans.
• Negotiate the past due accounts.
