• Developed and presented transportation projects with scopes, timelines, budgets and specifications according to PMI methodology.
• Generated technical and financial proposals for national and international procurement processes.
• Researched new methodologies and tools to grow organizational know-how.

Achievements:

• Created and executed multiple airport management strategies for 450 daily flights, 10.000 passengers and 15.000 luggage pieces arrived to their final destination on-time. Operational KPIs improved by 35%
• Developed and implemented two projects that 1) improved boarding time on Remote Parking Positions by 28% and 2) optimized resources usage for landside aircraft movement process. Both projects did not generate additional expenses for the airline.
• Reduced operations planning time 66% throughout Sabre Gate Suite implementation, mainly establishment of operational requirements and training process for new users.

• Planned and executed airline's flight network and its airport resources in tactical and operational phases in order to accomplish the Avianca's proposal value.
