Anthony Peebles

As a Field Supervisor I was considered apart of management so my time was to be split between field and office. I spent time with Scheduling, Hiring, Employee relations, and company relations. I was 24/7 on call for Dayshift and Night shift. I would take the time to put packages together before they went out to a customer, spent an equal amount of time in the field still working to be able to provide the best service for the customer.

I was a Supervisor on pad for Ranger, we did most all our work for Anadarko at the time, i was in charge of my specific crew on my specific shift as well as holding my opposite side supervisor accountable for operations on location. part of my duties was training greenhats and making sure we were able to adapt to what the company required of us with ever changing rules in safety.

As a Greenhat and Hand it was my duty to learn the job at hand. I needed to be trustworthy with taking care of duties delegated to me by my supervisor. I needed to become competent at the job at hand and learn what was happening.
