Summary

Upon graduation from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry I began a one year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Naval Medical Center San Diego Branch Health Clinic. After completing the AEGD, I was an associate dentist at the San Diego Naval Base Branch Health Clinic 32nd street for one year. In June 2018 I received orders to be the Dental Officer on board USS RUSHMORE (LSD 47). The USS RUSHMORE deployed for eight months to the Persian gulf, making stops at Singapore, Jakarta, Oman, Bahrain, and India. Responsibilities included maintaining the oral health of 350 of the saltiest sailors and 450 of the finest marines. I participated in the maintenance phase undergoing a $145 million upgrade to major systems. I was transferred to the San Diego Marine Corps Recruit Depot in June 2020 for one year while preparing to transition into the civilian job market in June of 2021. After which, I separated from the Navy with an Honorable Discharge and I Accepted a position as a general dentist at the Emergency Dental of Colorado Springs office. I moved with my wife and 4 kids to Colorado Springs and have been working for Emergency Dental of COlorado Springs ever since
