Competed and won 3 Soldier of the month's which was a monthly competition held inside the Army base's administration headquarters by a Sgt Major and 4 other 1st Sgt's. In this hour long test you are graded on dress blues uniform appearance, military command movements and basic Cavalry Scout and Army knowledge. 

Also competed in and won first place out of 200 new candidates earning the Golden Spurs Award for what is essentially a 3 day event with no sleep of vigorous ruck sack hikes with testing/training stations miles apart. I was awarded for being on average the most motivated, knowledgeable and physically fit within the competition.
