- Lead Export Demand Planning Meetings across functional teams and provide forecast volumes to the CARICAM region teams for visibility and cash up purposes
- Analyse and validate forecast for export direct shipment/triangulation with the Customer Development team
- Create, update, and maintain all forecasting files with relevant inputs from the Customer Development Teams
- Maintain forecast snapshots for each cycle
- Analize the Direct Shipment Orders received versus the locked Forecast to identify variances and communicate this analysis to the Customer Service and Supply Planning Team
- Maintained the order tracking file on a weekly basis to ensure the supply is aligned with the demand being requested within the lead times for each Sourcing unit
- Work closely with Supply Planning to review Opportunities, Risks and Constraints by Business/Supply Units across all categories and markets
- Work closely with Customer Service Team and Customer Development Team for status updates of Orders, Sales opportunities, and portfolio transitions
- Report the monthly Forecast Accuracy (FA) and Forecast Bias (FB) to submit to the Power Bi Regional Report
- Provide a 24-month forecast visibility to Sourcing units via APO and Rapid Response forecasting tools
- Maintain Rapid Response master data updated and cross check volume uploads with Supply planning to ensure adequate communication of demand
- Perform any other related duties and participate in other projects as required by the business to that promote continuous improvement of operations and efficiency
- Assist to weekly commercial meetings to discuss Business decisions, Monthly and Quarterly Target tracking and Order confirmation.
