- Responsibilities are related to help the costumers (Associates) with A to Z issues, benefits, time cards, personal assistance or behavioral conflicts, supporting them within the building operations procedures and making sure they have granted a good experience related to their concerns. Most days I have exceeded the daily goal of 10 associates served, handling up to 50 requests in one day.
- I was entrusted with launching an associate committee (AAC) in order to create a group of leaders within the site. In March 2023 I launched the committee with 10 people participating in the first meeting and today the committee has more than 30 active associates in the most important activities such as affinity fairs, hand outs or monthly meetings in order to highlight the work of the employee and his leadership within the organization.
- As a bilingual I am able to communicate and assist both our English and Spanish speaking associates.

- On May of 2022, I was selected as L3 role for the PXT team at TEB6. I helped costumers (Associates) with A to Z issues, benefits, time cards, personal assistance or behavioral conflicts to solve.
- I also developed my skills as community manager of TEB6's social media and the different internal communication systems. At that time, TEB6 did not have a large network or had a good content development. During 7 months I increased followers by 40% and generated a better work culture since the associates recognized the internal work and were more involved in the different activities. The strategy was based on recognizing the employee as priority #1 and job satisfaction.

- I generated content, recorded videos, did production and post production, and I presented mobility section in central broadcast.
- I launched Citytv program -Videografos of de City- with a colleague. Goal was to involve citizens within the information system and carry out a process of immersion of the journalist in everyday reality with everything that this entailed. This space on the strip increased the popularity of the channel and allowed the viewing of different social scenarios for the viewer. Today this section is still present on the channel and is a fundamental part of the information segment.
