Provides 24/7 days per week supervision of youth in DYS state operated secure facilities. Oversees the direct daily living and leisure activities of youth in the accordance with living unit master schedule. Coaches, teaches, and mentors other employees. Role model adherence to DYS policy and facility implementing procedure at all times. Supports and ensures that youth are provided recreation according to prevailing standards, youth condition and daily program schedule. Provide support education, BHS, Medical, transportation and/or any other administrative direction requests assigned or needed. Currently active night shift supervisor.
