I currently work for Elite Towing and Maxx Auto. My main responsibilities in the dispatch office include answering emails from a wide variety of people. This includes, property managers, authorizing agents of a property, vehicle owners, etc. Releasing towed vehicles and answering any questions the vehicle owners might have about their towed vehicle to try and get them leaving here as happy and informed as they can be will giving correct information in accordance with the laws and legislation in place. Completing and sending out notice of lien letters (including national records) to vehicle owners when their car has been with us for 8+ hours, and handling any complaints as best as I can with the knowledge I have learned over the past 2.5 years without having to involve upper management. On the side of dispatch, I also order auction ads from Jewish News every week, complete the abandoned vehicle list and folders weekly, complete auction paperwork 3 weeks out of the month, release auctioned vehicles in Omadi once they have been picked up by the new owners, help to train new team members, answer any questions new and old team members may have while in training or even when a team member has been here for years, and helping upper management with any tasks they would like to delegate to me when I have extra time on my hands.

As a Lifetime Concierge team member, my main priority was to keep the members happy! I would sign new members up, take them on tours of the facility and answer any questions they had, help members solve any issues they were having, call other departments if necessary, call over the loud speaker for any emergency "codes" we had if necessary to let the team members and members know that there is an emergency, call 911 if the situation needed to be handled by forst responders, and created a happy and inviting environment for everyone who walked through the door.

I worked for Pizza Hut for over 7 years! I was Restaurant General Manager for 4 of those years. My main job responsibilities with Pizza Hut were making schedules, counting and tracking inventory, labor control, hiring and onboarding new team members, keeping the restaurant cleanliness and safety above health department standards, handling positive and negative customer comments and making sure very customer left our restaurant happy, answering manager requested phone calls, handling and executing team member write ups/terminations, creating a fun and inclusive environment for team members and customers, handling any emergency issues in a calm and timely fashion, opening/closing cash drawers and creating deposits everyday.
