I have worked with POS systems since I was 15, and I have been in a consistent customer service role since I was 16.
I care about product knowledge, and do my best to accommodate the customers I interact with as best as I can. I know how to make a customer come back, and I know how to recognize a customer to the point that I can memorize their drinks or their preferences, if what they are looking to purchase isn't a beverage.
I'm excellent at remembering faces, and learning the names that match them.
