  • Successfully implemented a comprehensive English Language (EL) Development plan of professional learning for teachers, developed a comprehensive guide for internal stakeholders of our EL programming, and have collaboratively increased EL scores the past two years under this plan as evidenced by the State Assessment Program CO ACCESS and additional district formative assessments including DIBELS.
  • Successfully managed and allocated funding for a four-million-dollar general fund budget, as well as collaborated with colleagues to secure additional grant funding and managed to support teaching and learning for increased academic performance.
  • Successfully led and implemented numerous curriculum adoption processes for student success.
  • Successfully led and supervised the instructional coaching program, coordinators and directors of various programs, and teacher leader groups to support curriculum and assessment implementation.
  • Successfully created an Early College Academy (ECA) to provide high school students an opportunity to gain a two-year AA degree while earning their four-year high school diploma. ECA has achieved a 100% graduation rate all three years of their graduating classes.
