Working in the VF EMEA central finance department for all VF brands. Main tasks:

• Coordination of monthly closing activities and annual budget across brands and central functions to meet corporate deadlines; consolidation and analysis of EMEA results for Forecast Meetings
• Forecast /Planning of Admin Cost Centers
• Consolidation and Monitoring of EMEA Capex
• Weekly/Monthly and ad-hoc reports/analyses
• Support through analysis and presentations for Monthly Meetings and Board of Directors

• Variance analysis of actual results against brands forecasts, with a focus on Sales and Margin
• Revenue and margin actuals monitoring
• UAT for new projects, testing SAP FICO environment

Working for the brands Philipp Plein, Billionaire and Plein Sport. Main tasks:

• Monthly closing activities
• Review of group entities financials and consolidation of financial statements for all brands and channels
• Revenue and margin analysis; variance analysis vs forecast
• Reporting and performing ad-hoc analyses for the company's CFO or other departments.

• Accounts payable for Swiss HQ and for German, Austrian and Dutch entities
• Liaising with suppliers for different issues (e.g Payment terms, VAT, discounts)
• Reconciliation of banks and suppliers’ statements
• Support to accounting team during monthly closure

Advisory firm for all key issues of entrepreneurial activity: strategy, M&A and Transformation. Main tasks:

• Working on Due Diligences: data collection through databases and online searches
• Market studies and collection of data provided by the client
• Phone and face to face interviews with professionals of the industry under analysis
• Production of strategic and financial analyses

Main tasks for the payment desk:

• Processing and/or authorizing operations (e.g., credits, internal/outbound payments, foreign exchanges).
• Swift messages with the Zurich HQ and other banks to solve payment issues.
• Identifying and fixing anomalies

Main tasks for the settlement desk:

• Booking operations on the Italian and foreign security markets.
• Booking derivatives operations (Initial margin and variation margin)
• Identifying and fixing anomalies.
