• I assisted customers with product selection and provided recommendations. Make a welcoming environment for new, everyday customers. Making new friends every shift. Handled cash transactions and operated the register efficiently.
• During opening and closing shifts, I prepared and displayed bakery items to enhance visual appeal, made sure the store maintained cleanliness and organization of the counter area, and cleaned ovens, pans, and utensils used in the baking process after each shift, and got it ready and organized for the next shift member.
• Monitored inventory levels and restocked the cookies and baked goods as needed. Weighed ingredients for baking recipes according to specifications. Assisted with cookie decorating tasks, including icing and sprinkle work.
• Resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally in accordance with company policy. I asked my boss questions if I felt something was wrong; she and I had pretty good communication.

I was a youth track coach for ages 3-15 years old. I mainly worked with the field events, like long jump. At practices, I helped kids develop new skills for the long jump and how to be a better athlete. I would interact with the kids and create relationships with them, along with their families. At track meets I would help organize kids and parents to go to their events, along with helping other coaches on different teams. I loved going to track meets and meeting new people and learning how other coaches teach their kids!
