Sianna Randolph

Over the past two years, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA while balancing a busy schedule of academic, internship, and volunteer commitments. As a dance teaching intern, I assisted with youth classes and choreography, helping students grow in confidence and technique. I also volunteered regularly with a local theatre company, where I became known for my reliability—often picking up extra shifts, supporting backstage operations, and stepping in wherever help was needed. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and dedication to both my personal growth and the success of the teams I’m part of.
