SCHOOL COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

• Filled in as the “Guest Administrator”15+ days when the Principal and Assistant Principal were out of the building or unavailable (Antelope Trails).
• Facilitated all IEP (Individualized Education Plan) staffings and served as the Special Education designee (Webster Elementary) for 3 years.
• Applied skills and knowledge of test administration, scoring, measurement and interpretation of test data by serving as the assistant School Assessment Coordinator (SAC) for state testing (CMAS).
• Served on the interviewing committee for a variety of open positions throughout the building; gave input regarding each candidate and helped the interviewing team decide which candidate was the strongest.
• Collected and analyzed school-wide behavioral data in order to determine the overall effectiveness of the building’s PBIS program.

• Led and co-facilitated PBIS teams for 3+ years at Beulah Heights and Webster Elementary.
• Planned and coordinated quarterly PBIS assemblies to review PBIS expectations and reward students who demonstrated PBIS expectations throughout the previous quarter.
• Responded to classroom teacher’s requests for behavioral interventions.
• Developed Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) used to clearly define expectations and track expected behaviors for students requiring higher levels of support.
• Performed monthly discipline data analysis in collaboration with other PBIS team members.
• Analyzed data compiled through the Staff Self-Assessment Survey (SAS) which asked school staff to identify areas in need of change in a variety of settings.
• Initiated and completed the successful implementation of the Watch D.O.G.S. program at Webster Elementary.
