Sean Schoolcraft

I have over 15 years in construction, with a wide range of skills and trades ranging from flooring to insulation to landscaping and much more. I worked in the insulation business for over 6 years and am BPI certified and did home energy audits and testing. I have experience in framing, flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, some siding and roofing and some landscape work also. I have done home remodeling and improvements interior and exterior. I am fluent in Spanish and have great communication skills. I am comfortable in leading and overseeing a team or project, but also handle direction and orders the same. I am very goal/task oriented and take great pride in my work ethic and quality that is produced. I don't take or look for short cuts as I wont compromise my work or integrity to just get it done. Its done right or im not the one to do it.
