  • Coordinated with IT to design and implement the online scheduling system for the Click & Haul program
  • Conducted audits of CIS, correcting over 900 accounts that were billing incorrectlyia the website
  • Created the Environmental Services email account (previously it was just a general email address to the Infrastructure Department)
