  • Streamlined processes and implemented best practices, enhancing operational efficiency for the Region 6 Division of Realty.
  • Developed a database system Land Acquisition Network Database System(LANDS) in 2004 for Region 6 Division of Realty. Collaborated with expert programmers to develop a web-based database for all users in Region 6 Division of Realty to meet the needs of Realty for tracking Realty acquisitions and dollars for budget projections and actually expenditure of dollars for each Fiscal Year. System expert in managing the LANDS system provides comprehensive reports that offered insights into Fiscal Year acquisitions and dollars needed to support the acquisitions of land from private landowners and donated dollars to be used for acquisition of land in the 8 states of Region 6 to supported the acquisitions dollars to be tracked by LANDS for the both the Regional Office and Field Offices in Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.
  • LANDS reconcile the data submitted to Headquarters national database Land Record System(LRS) for accuracy for year-end report of Lands Under the Control of Fish and Wildlife Service.
  • Served as subject matter expert on LRS and LANDS.
  • Streamline communication channels between Headquarters and Region 6 data calls.
  • Collaborated with Geographical Information System (GIS) to identify process improvement with accurate information on the GIS maps by reconciling and researching discrepancies.
  • Served as subject matter expert for Region 6 data with developing the new database (LRS) for all Regions that has been used for the last 3 years. Implementing efficiencies for validity checks and recommending modification to LRS for optimal performance.
