In this role, I manage a portfolio of 200-250 properties and work as a team with the Head of Department to grow the portfolio and bring in new business, which comes directly into my portfolio.
Responsibilities include - arrears management, repairs, routines, ingoing and outgoing reports, all areas of leasing, rent increases and lease expires and training new staff.
I thrive on offering a high level of customer service to my clients and consistently go above and beyond in their expectations. Our PM team won the PRD annual award for property management office of the year due to our growth and service level we provide. The following year I was nominated for property manager of the year.
After a career change, I started this role to gain experience in the industry. While working in this role and all aspects of leasing, in addition I worked along side the senior property manager and as a team, together we managed 500 properties end to end. This role allowed me to rapidly learn and grow for my next role within the office. I started to bring in my own business and grow the portfolio.
During this time, I was nominated for outstanding support person at the PRD annual awards.
