I am a knowledgeable and passionate bartender and server with over 15 years of experience in the service industry. I have worked in just about every type of restaurant and venue in our industry, from football stadiums & tequila bars to fine dining restaurants & weddings. I thoroughly enjoy the art of providing the best service I possibly can to my guest, curating my style to fit the needs of both my employer and the customer. Whether it's pumping out rounds of tickets as quickly as possible or taking care of that lone guest at the bar for hours, I truly love and enjoy the art of hospitality and am always striving to do better and improve as a person as well as a professional.   • Started with the company as a Lead Bartender and ventured out into the other titles the job has to offer. Our servers are called 'bayhosts' and I am now a Shift Lead and Event Ambassador as well.
  • As bar lead, I did inventory on our 3 story building and had to keep track of all the bars in a venue that sold more alcohol than anybody in the state at the time.
  • Curated and recorded weekly 'drink of the week' videos for our employees to push for the week.

  • Worked Taco Tuesdays and Bottomless Brunch for a little over a year here.
  • For brunch, I'd make my own sangria from scratch and often times it was even more popular than the Mimosas!
  • Broadened my knowledge of tequila and the experience of working in a smaller and more hands on bar than I had in the past.
  • Often times we had staffing issues and I'd have to serve quite a few tables simultaneously with a full bar and rocking well printer.

  • Started as a server and became an integral part of the bar team for years, working as a trainer and eventually the bar lead.
  • Notoriously always happened to get our 'Secret Shopper' audit and it became a thing that I always got a perfect score. They eventually stopped rewarding us with the $100 cash reward because of how often they had to give it out!
  • Our bar team won the annual competition of 'Real Bar Champions,' which is awarded to the best bar staff out of the company. We were one of three chosen out of over 400 stores.
  • Due to this location consistently having one of the highest volumes in the company, I am now extremely well versed in handling all the things that come with that. From prepping and cutting hundreds of fruits for a single shift, to having to weather the storm of a neverending well and bar rail, I have become a bit of a master at multitasking and keeping a cool head in the busiest of rushes.
