- Collecting the requirements from the state of California, Department of Healthcare, to build a Portal where providers can manage the enrollment process, and once enrolled in Medi-Cal they will be able to manage their enrolled accounts from the Portal. This was a very ambitious and big project since is one of the few out there in the market, with the Affordable care ACA laws, states are required to automate their enrollment of providers into Medicare and required of extra information to collect from providers of the program, enrollment process on paper is not really an option anymore. Part of my responsibilities is the Documenting of requirements to pass to development team and the verification of the implementation once development is complete. Data analysis is also required, since we are integrating with legacy systems, high collaboration with Data migration team to assure the complete integration between our new product with legacy systems.
