• General overhead power line construction includes the full gamut of construction with the exciting and deadly presence of high voltage electricity
• The scope of our work in the past few years has been largely converting single phase to three, so this would mean I would man a truck (either digger or bucket), manage my crew, manage inventory, asses project needs for the work week, communicate the job, and execute it with my guys
• There are so many small details that are involved, which is what makes the position valuable in addition to the inherent danger of death

• Assist diverse clientele with understanding and better utilizing their health insurance
• Handle escalated callers with 'one call resolution' providing solutions as opposed to turning them over to someone else
• Advocate for our customers by presenting opportunities for them to save money and get the greatest yield from their insurance

• Open a new location of Pockets in West Plano
• Build and maintain book of business through consistent communication, personal marketing, networking, and relationships; while maintaining the level of customer service Pockets has delivered for over four decades
• Training new employees to use retail software, write letters to customers, and complete day-to-day operations

• Spearhead marketing campaigns to generate new business growth in both locations
• Use Adobe Creative Suites to create email, print, and social media content
• Train new employees to use Photoshop/Illustrator to assist in the creation of marketing content
• In addition to my role as the Director of Marketing, accounted for 1/3 of all the Men's sales

• Design and produce handmade, utilitarian leather goods
