- I prepared my daily logs, fuel expense, truck repairs and maintenance records on a daily basis.
- In my career, I have built an impressive customer base over several states, that has been maintained by my ability to provide customer satisfaction.
- I have been a livestock hauler for 30 years this coming September. Fat cattle going to slaughter, cows making their spring or fall move, and feeder cattle heading to the feedlots.
- From 2006 to early 2009, I also worked for Peabody Energy at the North Antelope Rochelle Mine near Wright Wyoming. I ran heavy equipment on an overburden crew.
- I also ran a commercial beekeeping business for 20 years in the midst of everything else. I ran them for honey production in Colorado and Nebraska, and almond pollination services in California. I retired from the beekeeping about 4 years ago.
- I was born and raised on a dry land wheat and millet farm south of Akron, Co. I have stayed as active as possible with it, with my younger brother still operating it.
