I have the best time when I am serving with my residence; they are so nice. I enjoy getting to know them and trying to make them feel welcomed. It's hard for some people to start living in a senior living community, but I try to smile at them and really get to know what they like to eat and what kind of drinks they like. I love when I see the residents getting to make new friends. I try to help out with the residents by:

Asking how their day was.
Smiling at them.
Trying to make small talk.
Introducing the residence with other residences.
