Hemp farming operation. Began with 8 acres and grew it to just shy of 50 acres. As an owner and an operator I was involved in all aspects of the operation. Every thing from propagating plants in the greenhouse to prepping the fields (tractor work) to harvesting. Played a hands on roll in all of it- hiring and managing employees, securing financing and leases, maintaining compliance on a state and federal level, developing and implementing S.O.P.s, planting, harvesting and processing the crop and all of the other intricacies of running and growing a business.

Built the business from the ground up. Everything from construction to branding to producing and packaging- even did some sales in the early years.
