  • During my time at Spidertrax, I was given the opportunity to serve in many areas. Some valuable skill sets include but are not limited to the following:
  • Fulfill sales orders using Netsuite software. This included using a picking ticket to pull orders off the shelf and accurately ship orders to clients using a picked by/checked by two point system using both UPS, Fedex, DHL, along with various freight companies.
  • Receive purchase orders. Insuring proper quantities have been fulfilled from purchase orders before receiving in our system. Manage price breaks for over shipments. Quality control of parts coming in from outside vendor.
  • Arrange LTL Freight shipments thru various freight companies. Fill out Bill of Lading accurately with proper classifications for shipments, weights and dimensions.
  • Arrange FTL Freight shipments. This included loading full truck load freight for cargo Going to California and Utah. Insure truck is properly loaded to clear scale house safety requirements. Arrange pricing and scheduling of move.
  • International shipping using necessary customs documents to clear customs. This includes filling out documents when sales order exceeds $2500 where Electronic Export Info document and Air Waybill as required.
  • Audit all shipping method invoices from vendors for services seen above management of accounts to insure vendors such as Fedex UPS honored pricing contract/agreements and shipping quotations to insure positive income for our logistics. This included side by side comparisons of vendor invoices to client pricing as charged / or quoted to our clients to insure profitable margins for the company.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create purchase orders for items needed for both manufacturing and final sales to our clients. This included working closely with mfg coordinators and sales managers to insure expected receive by dates are met for purchase orders placed from vendors. Extensive purchase order
