Skills
My biggest skill is building relationships and motivation
My teams are known for their fierce competitiveness The biggest compliment after games is when an opposing coach says how hard my team plays
My defensive philosophy is to press and play aggressive man to man with some zone at times Our base defense is a 2-2-1 press and the zone we play is a 1-1-3
Our offensive philosophy is based on the personnel that we have We will primarily play a 5 out attacking style offense
Accomplishments
I have accumulated 485 wins over my career. In 35 years of coaching I have reached the final 4 once (getting 3rd place as the boys head coach at Calhan) I have reached the final 8 5 times in my career as I also coached the boys teams at Elbert to three state appearances.
