Skills

  • My biggest skill is building relationships and motivation
  • My teams are known for their fierce competitiveness The biggest compliment after games is when an opposing coach says how hard my team plays
  • My defensive philosophy is to press and play aggressive man to man with some zone at times Our base defense is a 2-2-1 press and the zone we play is a 1-1-3
  • Our offensive philosophy is based on the personnel that we have We will primarily play a 5 out attacking style offense
