I was hired on as an expediter and eventually moved to serving. I learned how a restaurant works and how to run dinner service effectively. Through hard work and dedication I was promoted to Team Lead. With this position came plentiful responsibilities, such as;

• Ensuring guest satisfaction and safety in a timely manner
• Anticipating guest perceptions and needs
• Providing a full cycle guest service
• Knowing and communicating information including specials, ticket sales and menu items
• Accurately handling cash, credit card and gift card transactions
• Pre-bussing and assisting with cleaning of theaters
