I attended the Lodging Accounting class and received a certificate of completion. In this course, they taught me how to read the financials. In this course, I learned how to create the budget for the New FISCO year. Also, they taught us how to create and set up GLACs to pay our vendors.

• I was responsible for making, altering, or canceling reservations for guests. Some of these responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Placed orders for and picked up flowers for guests.
• Charging or refunding the form of payment, and offering directions to the guests.
• Maintain and update guest room assignments.
• Maintaining a professional level of customer service.
• Organizing rooms for large groups.
• Working with the protocol to book rooms for VIP members.
• Maintained a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Greeted guests upon arrival and provided them with a warm welcome.
