Summary

Experienced executive and intensive retreat developer and facilitator with over 25 years of leading teams, restoring systems, and building programs that create lasting change. Known as the go-to person for fixing broken structures — from leadership gaps to culture issues to underperforming operations.

As CEO of a multi-million-dollar therapeutic school, I led a team of 70+, managed full profit and loss, and built a high-retention staff culture rooted in clarity, accountability, and purpose. I developed and led 3- to 5-day intensive retreats for both adolescents and adults — designed to help participants identify deep patterns, strengthen relationships, and take meaningful steps forward.

My leadership is practical, relational, and results-oriented. I train staff, design programs, and align teams around a shared mission. Though I don’t have a traditional degree, my path has been built on real-world experience, strategic thinking, and a clear record of outcomes.
