  • I was hired to open Coast’s new warehouse and distribution facility.
  • I oversee our sales team, accounting and operations.
  • I completed presale inspection on our property, rezoned it to I-1, built out offices & warehouse, hired Warehouse Manage, 3 drivers, and a Warehouse Laborer.
  • In addition, I procured a fleet of vehicles, trailers, made all D.O.T. complaints, bought forklift, telehandler, wire cutting machine and necessary tools.
  • I purchased liability insurance, insured our inventory, installed security system, completed material data safety sheets, purchased all PPE and made facility OSHA compliant.
  • I created all SOP’s from receiving the PO to billing the wire.
