Primarily responsible for the optimization, integration, and maintenance requirements for six mission command systems, including the Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI) and Battle Command and Control Service (BCCS) which supports the deployment of software services across multiple enclaves to support unit operations. Appointed as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO), Defense Enterprise Provisioning Online (DEPO) manager, and automations Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for the Brigade's S6. Offers the most effective technical expertise and strategies to ensure mission success.

Operation Support System (OSS) lab manager at the Defense Information Systems Agency - Joint Interoperability Test Center (DISA-JITC). Responsible for coordination of work and required support between government project leads and lab technicians; development of lab policies and procedures governing the security and functionality standards required for development.

Maintained, secured, and optimized the military's communication and information systems. Responsible for network administration, cybersecurity, and system troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations in both garrison and deployed environments. Provided technical support, train personnel on IT systems, and implemented new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Provided essential support for multiple field missions at both company and battalion levels as a 92S (Shower, Laundry, & Clothing Repair Specialist), operating the Laundry Advanced System (LADS) to ensure service members' uniforms remained clean and mission-ready. Additionally, took the initiative to volunteer as the unit's armorer, obtaining certification on crew-served weapons to enhance unit readiness and equipment accountability.
