Generate savings initiatives, improvements to processes that add value in Executives decisions
Validation and control of costs associated with the Loading Operation on the Network.
Present the main warnings in the regions to the responsible executives to seek improvements in their contracts or negotiations (PHH-BR-NAM).
Prepare the annual Cost budget by area, under the company's standards and following the guidelines provided for this activity.
