- Developed an airport-style dashboard in Power BI for the shipping area, providing real-time information on the status of each truck to be loaded at Falcon Farms branches in FL, AZ, TX, CA, GA, and KY.
- Conducted a study in collaboration with the University of Miami for a diagnostic report on improvements in carbon footprint reduction and cost efficiency. The report was presented to a state entity, obtaining 50% funding ($4,000 USD) to implement one of the proposed improvements at Falcon Farms through a B2B agreement.
