I did until fifth semester of multimedia Engineering, since then i have been working as costumer care representative. Also, i have received many awards for the great job that i have done as retention agent for optimum mobile company. On the other hand, working as costumer care service representative for Latam Airlines I habe been awarded as well for the excellent service that i have provided to the different costumers of the Airlines. Finally, i consider my self a hard worker, who has devoloped patience, active listening and many other skill required in this business and those awards are prove of that.
