I started with this company as a installer and with in a year I was promoted to foreman and than general foreman. under this roll as foreman I oversaw daily operations of my jobsite, daily reports, three week projections, sub meetings, safety and all typical tasks of a foreman running jobs with a bid value of under $2,000,000. I was promoted to project superintendent in 2022. Most job tasks stayed the same but my crew sizes jumped from 10 to at the highest 35 and project size jumped to $9,000,000

Avalon bay governor's park

This brand new 15 story 304 apartment unit high rise building utilized a cast in place concrete structure, PT cable decks along with millenium cad framing. On this project I over saw all plumbing along with subbed pex crew and close to half way in the project I took over the VRF piping system. This project I believe is still the biggest VRF project in the state of Colorado. This project used Stainless steel grooved domestic piping along with uponor pex, cast iron dwv and 8" main gas line going all the way up to the roof serving 4, 250 gallon water heaters that we pre fabbed on a skid and used the tower crane to place. This was a fully BIM modeled job.

This was a very intricate project working in a occupied correctional facility dealing with high security along with complex plumbing systems. The scope of his project was turning a existing correctional wing into a mental health facility with all new plumbing in cells and common areas.

Addition of around 130 new rooms for long term patients in multiple phases spread out over 3 years. This was a complete plumbing install utilizing uponor pex and pvc pipe.

Dunston middle school

This was a 2 story new addition adding 8 new science classrooms to a existing school. this project was a complete plumbing and hydronic piping install requiring a live 8" chilled pipe freeze to cut in new isolation valves and tees for addition.

This was a family owned company we started for specific work dealing with over 900 quadplex military housing and military maintenance buildings all being new construction. This company was between me and my father along with one of my brothers.

This job specifically taught me the means and methods of a construction site. Not just plumbing and mechanical but the whole scope of a new construction job. This company was a high end custom builder that built homes in the Yosemite national park for very well to do clients. I was the plumbing foreman and dealt with all aspects of plumbing for a custom residential building. when I was not plumbing, you could find me doing rough framing, finish framing, electrical and many other tasks since we provided about 70% of the work in building a house.
