Currently have hours and am working forwards my masters license.

Started as general laborer on multiple building projects to include home additions, commercial remodels and historic building remodels in Nederland Colorado.

Through work and perseverance eventually moved into a supervisory roll/project management position. In this position I oversaw and managed multiple remodel projects in an assisted living facility, custom home builds and commercial tenant finishes.

Self performed trim carpentry, punch list, demo and rough framing.

Managed all sub contractors on multiple projects.

Executed duties focused on remodels, underground piping, repiping projects, gas line work and miscellaneous service. Worked multiple projects in both commercial and residential settings.

Handled new build rough-ins while conducting miscellaneous service tasks.
