• Supervision of Facilities and Construction Management (FCM) for the Northern Latin America region, responsible for creating maintenance plans for support equipment, physical infrastructure, and cleaning and compliance services.
• Overseeing and managing renovation projects for facilities and equipment in each country's business units across the region.
• Developing processes, guidelines, and directing regional coordinators to ensure the preservation of facilities and equipment.
• Supporting contracting processes and auditing companies for hard and soft services, as well as assisting business divisions with FCM requirements to ensure business continuity.
• Leading process digitization projects and implementing IoT devices for digitized equipment use tracking within facilities management, following Scrum methodologies.

• Intervene, audit, and supervise maintenance work on physical infrastructure and electromechanical equipment for the client Davivienda, ensuring best maintenance practices by allied vendors within the preventive and corrective maintenance plans set by the department.
• Conduct visits to the client's banking and administrative branches to identify deficiencies in maintenance activities and assess maintenance and equipment needs.
• Oversee the reception of major works (waterproofing, roofing replacements, installation of air conditioning units, generators, UPS systems).
• Direct regional supervisors to ensure compliance with the assigned visit schedule, attend to emergencies, and prepare technical and management reports, performance indicators, and data analysis.

• Manage the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment (generators, UPS systems, air conditioning units) for BBVA bank nationwide.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for electromechanical equipment, manage projects for replacing air conditioning units, generators, and UPS systems in bank branches, and conduct technical reviews and evaluations of air conditioning projects.
• Generate management reports and maintenance performance indicators.
• Oversee suppliers and service procurement, create maintenance plans for electromechanical equipment, and control maintenance budget execution as required by the office network.

• Manage procurement, coordinate civil works adjustments in clinical laboratories and employment agencies, schedule equipment maintenance, attend to various internal and external clients, manage suppliers, schedule inspection visits to sites, verify infrastructure and equipment functionality, and ensure maintenance forms are correctly completed by technicians according to the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Perform maintenance activities according to the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP), and generate management reports and performance indicators.
