- Anticipates the needs of senior management/scheduling/calendars/meetings/coordinate travel/Concur expense reports/Ariba purchase requisitions and blanket purchase orders/develop processes/monitor/approve expenditures/prepare documentation for payment of vendors/suppliers/third parties/respond to inquiries from accounting and all internal/external stakeholders/maintain documentation of departmental polices/procedures/create reports/presentations/process improvements/research/compile/analyze information in preparation of statistical reports/weekly payroll/respond to/redirect routine inquiries from internal or external sources about the organization/department/administrative duties/event coordination/Every Employee Every Community (EEEC) program coordinator.
