  • Maintain and manage drilling reports in Well View for internal and external distribution

Well Surveillance

  • Maintain daily Well Surveillance report of current drilling operations
  • QA/QC data, make corrections, interface with field group as necessary
  • Collaborate with IT department to automate daily reporting

Procurement

  • Supported Procurement with requesting and facilitating vendor data for MSA process and any additional tasks needed
  • Built templates for bid and pricing requests to vendors for award consideration

  • Create AFE’s in Quorum and route for stakeholders for review and approval
  • Maintain invoice/field estimate standard practice within Delegation of Authority (DOA)
  • Manage Drilling OpenInvoice inbox – Review, code and approve invoices for payment within Delegation of Authority (DOA) and delegate invoices above DOA to further review and approval

Performance

  • Develop KPI tracking workflows and database for drilling operations
  • Provide daily performance update for each rig during morning call
  • Pull data for monthly and quarterly reviews/presentations to upper management with historical spend tables, top spend tables/graphs, rig performance and individual well surveillance slides with job summary
  • Coordinate / schedule contractor Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs) and maintain Contractor QPR presentation files

Regulatory Reporting

  • Provide drilling data such as emissions, waste streams, and EHS to Regulatory agencies
