• Assist in the direction of the safety program and enforce accepted safety practices
• Direct the maintenance and construction crews in their daily functions and activities.
• Work with outage management and workflow software to provide a planned daily/weekly work schedule that will utilize personnel, materials, and transportation in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the engineering department on recommendations for the planning of the electric system and for the revision of construction standards.
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of trouble orders and service orders.
• Review and approve time sheets for construction and maintenance crews.
• Work according to the safety rules and company policies, as adopted by PVREA, and is responsible for own safety and reports all accidents in accordance with Association policies.

Maintain both physical and mental strength in order to respond to either state or national emergencies on short notice. I have served in numerous countries around the world, conducting various missions, both as a Soldier and as a leader. Currently, I am the 1SG of the 842nd Engineer Company. I'm responsible for the health, welfare, morale, professional development, and training of the unit. I advise the commander on enlisted matters, promotions, and maintaining and enforcing standards.
