
Accomplished Chef de Partie (Pantry station Chef) at Rioja, renowned for elevating dining experiences through innovative recipe development and exceptional food presentation. Expert in food preparation practices and staff flow; I tend to look for the weakest links in a restaurant and offer my undiluted attention in said direction. I believe I significantly enhanced kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction through these practices. I am now the CDC of the Denver Country Club and feel that I have much more to offer for a restaurant entity. I am trying to find a good CDC fit here in Denver for the next four years if not more dependent on when I finish law school.
