
I have been in restaurants for about 15 years. I started as a dishwasher at 13 years old and have worked in almost every position throughout the years. I truly love what I do and I want to find somewhere that makes me really passionate about that again. I work very well in a high volume environment. I really care about flavor profiles and experimenting with new ideas and concepts. I love learning new things and even though I have a lot of experience, I feel like I always have a lot to learn.
