Accomplishments

Lead over 10+ side-by-sides in which groups of up to 40 adjusters were shown how to perform the intake role in a live environment, while answering questions.


Over the summer of 2023, I was a designated point of contact for my supervisor for 3 weeks, assisting in handling his activities while he was out of office.


As listed above, participated in a Podcast where the new claims process was explained, along with what to expect which was later shown to new hires.


In early 2023, assisted as a team leader for a week where I was assigned a group of adjusters, and I answered any questions about the new claim process they had as they handled their first inbound calls.


In 2020, I was contracted to the Southern Nevada Health District to assist in Contact Tracing, helping get information on possible positive Covid-19 cases for the state of Nevada.
